Mr Mike Hayton has been invited to lecture at over 45 conferences within the last 5 years and lectures frequently in both Europe and North America.
In the past few years, Mr Hayton has been invited back to regularly lecture at the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the American Association for Hand Surgery, the British Association for Hand Surgery, The Mayo Clinic and the Philadelphia Hand Meeting.

Mr Mike Hayton has published 29 scientific articles and has edited one book, written 8 book chapters on hand wrist and elbow problems.
