Mike is delighted to have been invited to speak at Arab Health Exhibition and Congress 2018 along with a number of his Wrightington colleagues.
He will be speaking on a variety of topics varying from acute injuries to more chronic problems affecting the hand and wrist.
His trauma topics will include the perilunate dislocations. These are very severe injuries but with recent advances in surgical technique he has seen good results allowing professional athletes to get back competing in much shorter periods of time than previously expected.
Mike will also be talking on the various different types of joint replacements in the hand and wrist. He will share his experiences using all the different types of implants for the various joints that are commonly replaced.
