Been invited to speak at the prestigious American Society the Surgery of the hand.
This is the ninth consecutive year that he has been invited to speak at this conference. The topic of one of his lectures will be "ulna sided wrist pain in elite athletes : are there any unique considerations?"
Mike has a vast experience dealing with elite athletes and indeed there are some unique considerations but generally the treatment he offers his athletes is very similar to that he offers the normal population.
In this talk Mike will concentrate on common on the sided wrist pain including TFCC tears, extensor carpi ulnarnis (ECU) instability, and hook of hamate fractures.
