Review article on the Skier's thumb injury

Mike Hayton from Wrightington Hospital, UK and Mark Baratz from Pittsburgh, USA have teamed up to write a review article on Injuries to the thumb MP Joint ulnar collateral ligament. This injury is commonly known as the "Skier's thumb" injury but also occurs in many collision sports.

Injury to the ulnar collateral ligament of the thumb is very common and can be disabling when missed or left untreated. We present a review of literature and our preferred way of management.
