We have thoroughly enjoyed building a close relationship with Mike Hayton over the past 5 season here at WCCC.Wrist and hand injuries are common place within Cricket and we turn to Mike no matter how minor an injury may seem. Having someone with a wealth of experience available at the end of the phone 24/7 has been invaluable to us. Mike is extremely approachable which means players trust him. A thorough assessment ensures Mike always outlines all options available to the player and involves them in the decision making process which is key. His manner with all players whether it be academy or international test cricketer has been exceptional.
