Upload Files

For a really easy and safe way to send Mike your imaging MRI, CT, X-ray etc, follow the instructions below.

Please do NOT upload documents but rather email them to info@mikehayton.com

1. To access uploading imaging please click on the link to my portal  click here 
    
2. Register on the portal - you then will be automatically logged in
    
3. Make zip file of images from your CD (instruction/helps are given on the site)
    
4. Fill in the form Add Data Files(zip/word etc) from your PC - and then click Start Upload
    
5. When upload is complete, click on accept T&C’s, then Send. 

........ and that's it - easy.
